Comment from Aubrey Strachan : Hello, I have recently been in contact with your office in Allegany County, in order to make arrangements for myself to come in and meet with you to complete the intake or the initial process of the program. Unfortunately, I have been currently going through many various particular issues and incidents that have since been occurring throughout my current pregnancy thus far, many of which have in turn prevented me from fulfilling needs of mine that may require for example, traveling and sustained upright movements in order to accomplish these tasks. That said, I had just yesterday found out that the symptoms I have been struggling with for the past several days now, including most importantly off and on pretty serious high grade fevers, has been all due to a rather intense bladder and urinary infection I am now going through. This obviously, being the reasoning behind my most recent absence and inability to physically make it into your office at WIC, on February 21st at 10:45am. I am sincerely so very sorry for this occurrence preventing me from getting to this past appointment, and if you would like to have any kind of proof or documentation that this is in fact what truly had happened I would be happy to provide you with this as well. As a result, I am please requesting the possibility to get this past appointment date rescheduled for myself at your earliest possible convenience if this is acceptable. I can be contacted either via email at aubreystrachan@gmail.com or phone at 540-313-1261, and I greatly and sincerely thank you in advance for your time and any possible assistance and help you can please provide me with this present matter and inquiry of mine. Thank You
Comment from Aubrey Strachan: Hello, I am needing to see about getting my previous initial appointment for registering with WIC rescheduled, due to a severe bladder infection that I am just now recovering from. I had been instructed by my doctor to remain at home on bedrest while this was occurring because of high fevers and bad stomach pains, and in turn had not been able to attend this previous WIC appointment of mine. Therefore, if possible, I would like to get this appointment rescheduled for whatever your next available date and time is for an appointment please. Also, if you may need to reach me for any further information, my cell phone is currently out of phone minutes and I cannot as a result, make any outgoing phone calls nor receive any incoming phone calls at the present time. So if you are needing to contact me please feel free to contact me at this number, 304-601-4777, or via email at aubreystrachan@gmail.com. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.
