- Description
- WIC is a nutrition program. WIC is available to pregnant women, breast feeding mothers, post partum women up to 6 months, and children under the age of 5 years old. If you have an adjunct income such as OHP, food stamps, and TANF then you automatically qualify! You will need to bring in the following proofs as well: Income, Identity, and Residency.

- Fruit and Vegetables (Fresh, Frozen); Whole Grains (100% Whole Wheat Bread, Soft Corn Tortillas, Brown Rice); Milk (Whole Milk, Reduced-Fat Milk (2%), Acidophilus Milk, Lactose-Free Milk, Dry Non-Fat Milk, Evaporated Milk, Meyenberg Goat Milk (evaporated, fresh or powdered); Eggs; Soy Milk/Beverage; Cheese; Canned Fish (Tuna, Pink Salmon, Sardines); Cereal (Hot Cereal, Cold Cereal); 100% Juice; Baby Foods (Baby Food Fruit and Vegetables, Baby Food Meat); Baby Cereal; Dry Peas, Beans and Lentils; Peanut Butter; Infant Formula
