  • WIC is a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) federal program designed to safeguard the health of women, infants, and children up to age 5. WIC Clinics provide nutrition education, including breastfeeding counseling and food vouchers for supplemental foods such as fruits and vegetables, cereal, whole grains, eggs, milk, baby foods, and more. You qualify for WIC if you meet income guidelines and are pregnant, post-partum, breastfeeding an infant less than 1 year, or have a child under age five.
