Comment from Paul S Johnson: My daughter has the WIC program with you and I called the number on the card and it did not have an option to speak to anyone or a place to order a card because the magnetic strip does not work anymore. I asked if I could come pick up her a new card and was rudely told that she has to come into Central health to get it. She works full time and has a 2-year-old. She is working during your hours. Can someone help me get my daughter a new card? I'm on the phone on hold for 10 minutes right now.
