- Description
- WIC (Women, Infant, Children) is a nutrition and health program for pregnant women, new mothers and young children. WIC provides supplemental food, nutritional education, and breastfeeding support to eligible Cherokee County women and children. A breastfeeding peer counselor is also available to assist in breastfeeding education and management.
