- Women, infants, and children (WIC) is a nutrition program that helps mothers and young children eat well and stay healthy. WIC services include nutrition and health education, checks to supplement healthy food purchases for mothers and their children, personal counseling about nutrition, a breastfeeding peer counselor program, and referrals to other health programs for families. Our program provides nutrition education through one-on-one counseling, websites, and nutrition classes.
