  • The WIC program strives to grow healthy families right from the start. Through nutrition support and education, families learn healthy eating and physical activity habits, all of which makes kids healthy and happy today and keeps them that way for years to come. WIC also helps you save money on food shopping. Income-eligible pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under the age of five qualify to receive WIC benefits.
