Through nutrition support and education, families learn healthy eating and physical activity habits, all of which makes kids healthy and happy today and keeps them that way for years to come. WIC also helps you save money on food shopping. Income-eligible pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under the age of five qualify to receive WIC benefits.

Comment from Samreen kalwar : Dear sir , I am struggling to get milk formula for my liya baby . I am outside of USA for the time being . I have lost my WIC card too , can you please help me to get formula milk for liya baby . Liya baby is on hypoallergenic milk formula Elecare . That I am unable to find locally in KSA . It’s too costly as well I am unable to manage it now, wanted to request u if you can mail her milk formula’s to my friends place and she could further send it to me . It would be very much helpful. Liya baby is allergic to any other milk formula . She had history of NEC . I am very much worried about her feeds now . I tried hard to manage . But because of having ko work I am unable to arrange more at ma own . Please help .
