  • WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. It is a food and nutrition program which improves the health and nutrition of pregnant women, new mothers, and young children up to five years of age. WIC is a FREE program that provides nutrition education, nutritious foods and help accessing health care to eligible low-income women, infants, and children. You are eligible for WIC if you: Live in Washington State; Are pregnant, a new mother, or a child under five years of age; Meet the income guidelines.
