  • The WIC Program is a federally funded nutrition program administered by the State of California. Delta Health Care’s WIC Program began in 1972 and, as the largest provider of WIC services in San Joaquin County, continues to be a leader in the provision of WIC Nutrition Services including enrollment, food instrument distribution, nutrition counseling, education, and care plans to WIC eligible participants at five sites located in Stockton and Lodi.
