- The Ellis County WIC Program serves residents of Ellis County who are: Pregnant; Breastfeeding, up to the baby's first birthday; Non-breastfeeding mothers, up to six months after her infant's birth; Children under five years old. In addition, applicants must meet WIC income guidelines of 185 % of poverty level and have a medical or nutritional need.
