  • The Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program is a federally funded supplemental food program for pregnant, postpartum or nursing women, infants, or children under five years of age. Clients must meet income and geographic eligibility requirements and be at nutritional risk. The Fairfax County Health Department provides services at nine WIC sites.
