  • Inter-Tribal Council, Inc. WIC is a supplemental food and nutritional program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and administered by the Inter-Tribal Council, Inc. of Northeastern Oklahoma. You DO NOT have to be Native American to receive Inter-Tribal Council, Inc. WIC benefits. WIC Serves: Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or up to six months postpartum, Infants up to one year of age and Children until their fifth birthday.
