  • If you are pregnant, recently had a baby, are breastfeeding or have a child younger than 5 years, the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) may help you. WIC services are provided or coordinated by county health center staff. WIC provides nutritious foods, infant formula as well as nutrition and breastfeeding education. WIC also provides maternal, prenatal and pediatric health care services.
