  • MaineGeneral WIC provides many types of families with free nutrition advice, tips for staying healthy and recipes and resources. We welcome you to be a part of our vision - a Maine where every child is healthy and never hungry. We offer healthy foods as well as nutrition education, breastfeeding support and referral to other health care resources. We serve: Women who are pregnant or are new mothers; Infants and children up to age five, including foster children.
