- WIC is a federally-funded nutritional program that has been an asset for Molokai families in need. Starting In October 2011, WIC is run by MCHC’s Family Support. Currently there are six clinics per month, on the Wednesdays and Thursdays of the first, third, and fourth weeks of each month
