Comment from Gayla Bryant: I called West Carrollton WIC to ask about how my daughter is supposed to sign up her twins that are to be born by C-section 07/22/2022. All I got was fired back at with comments instead of her listening to what I wanted. My daughter is on WIC already but hasn't been able to make it in. The twins will more than likely be in NICU right after they are born. Please get a better person on the phone.
