  • WIC is a supplemental nutrition program for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under age 5. WIC provides nutritious foods, plus other benefits, free of charge to eligible families. Services offered at our 11 MultiCare WIC sites in Pierce County include nutritional and breastfeeding support, including tips on keeping you and your family healthy. We will also provide referrals to medical and dental providers, along with a variety of other community resources. WIC serves: Breastfeeding women up to 1 year after delivery; Children up to age 5 years; Infants; Postpartum women up to 6 months after delivery; Pregnant women
