Comment from Maybel Herrera : I was there this morning without an appointment so I wrote my name on the non appointment list. I notice they were only calling from the appointment list and I also notice the display read 2 hour wait time. So when I saw an availability I asked if that wait time was accurate. I’m not one to complain I just thought I have to go see my mother who just had surgery maybe I should come back with an appointment but instead of being talked with respect I got an abrupt answer speak to the manager I just responded I only asked because that’s what’s on the monitor I’m not complaining her response was speak to Maher . I felt so humiliated we have zero money for food right now my mother broke her knee on the last earthquake and I just wanted to get some milk from my son instead I just left feeling even more depressed. I suggest that if a person is not a compassionate person she dies not belong in this business.
