  • The Women, Infants and Children, or "WIC" program at the Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, helps to provide healthy food and nutrition education to women and their children. Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center's WIC program was awarded the distinction as being a "Breastfeeding Friendly" WIC site by the Missouri Department of Health in 2013, 2014 and 2015. You may qualify for WIC services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have an infant younger than 12 months of age, or a child or children under the age of 5. There is no cost for this service. To be eligible, you must meet income guidelines and be in need of nutritional education.
