  • WIC is a special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children who meet residency, nutrition and income requirements. The program provides healthy foods, advice and referrals to pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women so that they can stay strong and help their children. Infants receive benefits during their first year while children receive benefits up to age five.
