- Description
- Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides supplemental foods, nutrition education, and access to health related services to low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and post-partum women, infants and children. Eligibility for WIC Program benefits is based on the requirements that applicants fall into one of the following categories: WOMEN: Pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum within six months of delivery; INFANTS: Birth to his/her first birthday and CHILDREN: Age one to his/her fifth birthday.
