  • WIC provides nutrition education, support for breastfeeding, and healthy foods to pregnant and breastfeeding women, and to infants and children up to age five. To receive benefits, applicants must have a nutritional and/or health need and meet certain income guidelines. Many working families are eligible for WIC. Foods provided include fruits & vegetables, milk, cheese, cereal, eggs, juice, beans/peanut butter, whole grains, and formula for infants who are not breastfed.
