- Description
- WIC is a supplemental food, nutrition, and education program. Clients are seen every 3 months at the clinic for education class or clinic visit. In return they receive breastfeeding support, formula, and/or food which includes milk, eggs, peanut butter or beans, cereal, juice, whole grains and fruits and vegetables. This program is for women, who are pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum, infants and children up to the age of five that meet financial guidelines and nutritional need.
