  • Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, women who have recently had a baby, breastfeeding women and children younger than 5 years old. It helps them to eat well, stay healthy, and learn about nutrition. Nutrition education and counseling, nutritious foods, and help accessing other health care services during important times of growth and development are provided.
