  • Wagoner County Health Department WIC Service exists to improve the health of pregnant and breast feeding women, as well as infants and children up to age five (5) who are at nutritional risk and meet established guidelines. WIC provides food instruments (purchase vouchers) for special food packages, as well as nutrition education and referrals as needed.
