  • WIC is a nutritional program that helps families eat well...and stay healthy! This program is for women, infants and children who have a nutritional and/or medical need and meet the set income guidelines or are enrolled in another program such as Minnesota Care. Nutrition assessments and one on one counseling about food and breastfeeding are provided along with vouchers to buy healthy food. WIC is for women who are pregnant, nursing or recently had a baby. It is also for infants and children from birth up until their 5th birthday.
