Comment from Sam Warshauer: Greetings, I am reaching out in hopes that we can connect to discuss potential collaboration opportunities that can have a positive impact on low- and moderate-income families living at the Historic Walnut Square apartments (HWS) in Terre Haute. My name is Sam Warshauer and I am working with the HWS team to put in place an impactful resident enrichment program in partnership with community agencies that will strengthen tenancy success, increase self-sufficiency, and improve quality of life. Historic Walnut Square is an affordable rental community located at 200 South Sixth Street in Terre Haute with 40 two- and three-bedroom units serving families earning between 30% and 60% of area median income. The site includes a leasing office, a fitness center, in-unit laundry, and a business center in addition to a beautiful community room with a partial kitchen that can serve as an accessible venue for the delivery of enrichment programming. We are now prioritizing putting in place the resident enrichment program, and would like to learn more about your programming and outreach needs, and how HWS can best partner with you to maximize the impact for both your organization and the HWS residents. You are welcome to reach me at this email should any questions come up, or at my phone number at (262) 424-6047. I will be giving you all a call tomorrow! Thank you, Sam Warshauer
