Who is WIC for? Infants; Children up to five years of age; Pregnant women; Breastfeeding women, until their infants first birthday; Postpartum women with babies up to six months of age. Who can ask for WIC? Moms, dads, aunts, uncles, and even grandparents who care for children under five years of age can get services from WIC. Simply call 520-387-5594 and a staff member will talk to you on how you can qualify. What type of documents or information will I need to bring with me to my appointment? Everyone who will be enrolling into the WIC program; Your driver’s license or other picture ID; Proof of address such as an electric bill; Proof of income such as a pay stub or letter from AHCCCS or Food Stamps that qualify you for their program.
