WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is a supplemental nutrition program for low– to mid-income families. WIC provides supplemental nutritious food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support and referrals for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children under age 5. WIC currently serves approximately 3,000 people every month in Lebanon County. Every dollar invested in WIC saves the taxpayer about $3.00 in future health-care costs. WIC is an equal opportunity provider. This project is funded under contract with the PA Department of Health using funds provided by USDA.
