  • WIC (Women, Infants and Children) provides qualifying pregnant women, postpartum women, nursing women and children up to age five with healthy foods at no cost and teaches women and children how to eat healthier. All WIC services are free and include individual and group services, including nutrition education and breastfeeding counseling. You may be eligible for WIC if you: Are pregnant; Are breastfeeding; Are postpartum; Have a baby less than 6 months old; Have infants and children up to 5 years old who: Live in this country, Are at nutritional risk, Meet income guidelines
