WIC (Women, Infants and Children) provides qualifying pregnant women, postpartum women, nursing women and children up to age five with healthy foods at no cost and teaches women and children how to eat healthier. All WIC services are free and include individual and group services, including nutrition education and breastfeeding counseling.
